Best Hair for the Summer

 Taking care of your hair during the summer can be quite challenging, especially when you are going into the pool and ocean constantly. The exposure to the sun, chlorine and salt can damage your hair unless you take care of it. That's why I make sure to protect it before, during and after I go to the pool. Cuidar el pelo en el verano puede ser bien complicado, en especial cuando se está en la piscina y en la playa todo el tiempo. La exposición al sol, al cloro y a la sal puede dañar el pelo si no se tiene cuidado. Por eso es importante protegerlo antes, durante y después de estas actividades. 

1. Before exposure
Make sure to use products that are meant to restore and protect your hair when you wash it. I use the Restore & Protect line from Pantene.

1. Antes de Asegurarse de usar productos especiales que restauren y protejan el pelo cuando se lave. Yo uso la línea de Restauración de Pantene.

2. During
Just like we make sure to apply sunscreen to our face and body, we also need to protect our hair. Using a leave-in creme or treatment while you are out enjoying the waves is a must. I use this creme by Pantene, when my hair is feeling particularily dry after getting out of the pool and laying out to tan this is what I will apply again. 2. Durante Así como nos aplicamos bloqueador a la cara y cuerpo, también tenemos que usar protección para nuestro pelo. Usar una crema o tratamiento mientras estás en la piscina y el mar es necesario. Yo uso la crema para peinar Hidro-cauterización de Pantene cuando voy para estas actividades y también la vuelvo a aplicar si siento que mi pelo se está resecando mucho.

3. After
When you are checking out your gorgeous tan and making sure to treat it the best, you should also make sure to hidrate and repair your hair. I recomend a strong hair mask. I use the three minute repair by Pantene.

3. Después Cuando estés viendo y cuidando de tu bronceado también debes de acordarte de hidratar y reparar tu pelo, mi recomendación es una mascarilla o ampolla. Yo uso las ampollas de Restauración de Pantene.
